Precious Day - Yong Wei & Lai Peng Wedding Day

Shot Yong Wei & Lai Peng's ROM a while ago and now its their wedding day. The wedding day is a happy and cheerful one, though there are some tears along the way but their humourous personalities can be so entertaining that it made everyone cry and laugh at the same time. Most of Lai Peng friends are able to sense the happiness within them and really appreciate every moment spent. Lai Peng is a person with a heart and she does all the wedding set ups by herself, including small little things that trying to make this special day look different. 

An Touching Event - Yong Wei & Lai Peng Wedding Dinner

This wedding dinner of Yong Wei & Lai Peng had ranked one of the top tear drops wedding dinner, but the record was broken by Bernard & Jolin's wedding day later hehe. Lots of emotional surprises, and I believe there are many reason for the tears to be dropped by many people, there is not single reason, it is a combination of many encounters, from frienship to love, and from the past to present. Every cried with a reason, and at different hours, the reason tend to be different as well LOL. Lai Peng's group made them a special video footage, the footage that filled with joy and such, the objective is also to make her cry as well. And everyone laughed after they cried. The first picture above with the 2 cute little dolls, one of it was taken away and unable to be found after the wedding dinner LOL.

Time to Remember - Albert & Angie Wedding Day

Covered Albert & Angie's wedding day today and it was an emotional day with a little down pour. When I entered Angie's room, the whole ambient is very quiet, with the sound of rain drops, a peaceful morning. Sentimental Angie grabbed her mom and dad, gave them a sweet hug, she felt so much in it. Saying good bye to her lovely dog. Angie's dog is even more emotional than her, like able to sensed that Angie is about to depart from the house. And the doggie is like her dad, had started to missed her. Angie is her dad precious, and I guess for many years Angie had been imagining about her departing the house and left her dog alone. I do not know how's her doggie now but I guess like us all, after many years we still missed the one that we loved once in a while. And maybe during rainy days, the slideshow able to recall those moments, when the clock is ticking, the rain is dropping on the ground one by one, when the sky turns gloomy, we able to recall the day, when Angie got married and departed the house, to pursue a new life, to be with Albert, the handsome one hehe. 

I Carry Your Heart - Vincent & Serica Wedding Day in Ipoh

Its sunny day where Serica invited a few of her closest friends from Australia over to Ipoh to witness this unique day of theirs. The gate crash session was not a big deal, everyone just want to have some fun and laughter. However, I witness the emotional part of Vincent, and Serica was quite rational that day, doesn't have alot of ups and down. I believe Vincent felt deeper in this wedding because Serica was a Hker born in Australia, and Vincent have a very good bond with her relatives, and while his dad handed over the precious Rolex watch, his eyes dropped a few tears, I did not see how many, but just a few hehe.... Thanks to Vincent & Serica, you guys are awesome and hope to see you both someday in Australia.

A Reunion - Wai Ming & Siew Ping Wedding Dinner in Bankers Club

Love the cozy wedding that Wai Ming & Siew Ping had, I think when Siew Ping engages me she did not know much about me, maybe to her I might be like other photographer that does wedding dinner shoot like normal. Or maybe sometimes people thinks that there isn't a lot of things to shoot in a wedding dinner. However, I do believe that different photographer will produce a different outcome. I think is good that Siew Ping did not know much about me, so when she received the outcome, she said that I made the whole wedding dinner touching and kept playing the slides again and again and began to chat with me in facebook lol. Actually thats what I always do, giving people surprises, and they didn't know that the outcome can be so different.

Class of 2011 - Khai & Stephanie Wedding Day

Another awesome wedding to remember, the Class of 2011, when everyone feel like back to school, hop on the school bus, and receive the bride. Do not be fooled by the word kawaii, those bridesmaids are indeed dangerous. Everyone with a unique character, and also the school teacher which leads them, all the boys got punished like nobody's business. Think again, that counts as one of the sweetest stories in the memory of Khai and Stephanie, where Khai had to do the Leon Lai trick to enter to the first round. And followed by punishment one by one. LOL. Sweet, but painful. Thanks to Khai and Stephanie for having me being part of this, I can't wait to use my most evil imagination to shoot those girls. Because of the school theme, Khai and Stephanie allowed me to use black & white for all of the pictures, so when they see the slide, its like recalling old memories many years back.

Reason to Love - Brandon & Ceci Wedding Day

Had so much fun this wedding day, finally after a year I shoot Brandon & Ceci's pre-wedding in Scotland, and here it is, the final day. Looking at the crowd in the wedding day, I figured that many of them were triggered from the chain effects. It all started with the ROM and Pre-Wedding, the family portrait for Ceci's sister in London, then Ceci joined my first workshop during 6.6.2010, and followed with a few workshops after that, many new friendship were created in this chain process. And I am so glad about this. And the chain effects will followed on... I hope it will never end. Unlike other couples, Ceci is indeed a unique one. Lots of laughter we all shared. And the Chain effect will followed with Wai Wai Yeoh, her best buddy who had just engaged us for a pre-wedding session in London and Santorini a year after, and her youngest sister Isabelle who is planning to get married in 2013. KK, who had joined in one of our workshop, who is now a good buddy of Ceci. Yoko who get involved in many of our workshops and a good buddy of mine who is now the wedding planner of Ceci. And Monique who was working in the same company with Ceci and now she is a Make Up Artist. LOL. That was some chain effects. When you make a decision, you never know what kind of future you will encounter, its full of surprises. So do not afraid when you make certain decision, just be positive about it. It all will worked out fine.

"Love You Forever" - Khai & Stephanie Garden Wedding Day in Carcosa

This is one of the funniest wedding I have ever did. Love the theme and the crowd for this wedding and Khai and Stephanie had been waiting for a long time for this special day. Also just want to compliment that I love the favors designed by Tie The Knot, it fits to the theme of the day very well, everyone dressed like having a garden event. And with Jeff the amazing wedding planner, also the funniest wedding planner. With all the laughing people around, the day is just awesome and I did not feel lonely there lol. I know Khai and Stephanie a while ago from another wedding event of Gregg & Jeamie, and they are all buddies in a Salsa dancing class. And get to meet the popular Audrey who had became famous after her proposal. The slideshow was displayed during their wedding dinner during the next day and many people had dropped their tears. I just feel glad that I am able to touch some souls each time. 

The most memorable part was when Khai and Stephanie shared their vows, and Stephanie mentioned the word "love you forever" and I think she really meant it... :)

A Day Before - Jennifer Pre-Wedding Dinner

Right after finished an assignment in the morning, immediately I rushed to Jennifer's house to cover her simple pre-wedding dinner. Maybe there is a better word for it, it is a dinner event before the wedding day, hehe. Shot a lot of candid's groups photos. Did a pre-wedding session with Jennifer a while ago in Kundasang, Kota Kinabalu. And that night I saw many people kept asking the same questions to Jennifer after they saw her pre-wedding album, which was "where was the photos taken?". So we laughed. Felt sad that I was unable to cover her big day the next day as I have already been booked earlier. Thanks Jennifer for everything. 

Love Unwither - Alwin & CJ Pre-Wedding

CJ is my cousin sister, she used to stay in my house for a while and saw how she started with Alwin and finally decided to tie the knot. I was very busy editing my pictures in the home office every night and I left the living room freely for them lol. Time flies, for the moment she asked about my package I was surprised, with the zombie face, yes that was my life when I used to work alone. Gave CJ a good deal, and we went to some local places for some fun shots. CJ brought over all my other cousins over during the shoot, it was filled with laughter and such and end of the day Alwin said that he is about to be addicted and shooting pre-wedding is not that tired afterall. We so ventured to some nature, and finished off in Petaling Street, we did some shots at the chicken rice shop :p, the old tailor shop and in the heart of Petaling Street lol. 

The session went great and one of the session I love is the session in the begining where I asked them to do some shots with just her veil on, just right outside the balcony. I thought it might be quite meaningful because they spent most of the time here in my house. Sharing some coffees with the beautiful sunrise, yeah thats the main reason I like about my condo. Its always filled with positive energies.
